Our Process
Gathering Information
You only get half our attention! - The other half is for your clients. The first thing we do is ask a few easy questions, such as, who do you need to appeal to? How does your product work? Which features do you want to highlight? What raw materials you can provide? (e.g. 3D cad models, photos, sketches etc.)
Proposal
With the required information, we build you a fully detailed proposal, including description, cost, timeline and a mock up of the proposed interface for your 3D presentation. We can include all your branding, logos, graphics, and style requirements, or create them for you. - easy!
Development
We're very friendly and professional to work with, just ask some of our past clients. (We can put you in direct contact.) We'll set up a client page for you on our server, where you can follow work in progress, we keep it updated so you can have as much input as you want into the design and function of your 3D presentation as you want.
Throughout development the proposal document serves as a framework, but for complex 3d product configurators we understand the need to be flexible. We always accommodate updates to the concept or changes to style. If anything is going to impact cost, then we'll let you know before we start and openly discuss the available options. Our aim is to get this working for you in the best possible way. Your success is ours too; we have no choice but to keep your best interests at heart, so our full attention and enthusiasm for your business is guaranteed.
Delivery
Once, it's signed off by you, we provide everything you need, just as you need it. The entire 3D presentation sits in a single folder for you to put on your site. It will be available for download from your client page (we'll also send you a link). The implementation is simple, from your server, you just link to the html page provided, or we can embed the presentation for you into any page you want. It takes a web designer around 1 minute.
Continued Support
If you find a problem we fix it! It's as simple as that. We'll follow up to make sure implementation went smoothly, and to check everything is working as expected. With complex 3D Product configurators, support can also include checking and updating associated help documents and user guides.
