Can I use existing 3d models of my products?

Yes, we can accept a variety of formats, but do bear in mind that all models will need to be optimised for the web. If your model is not suitable for the web, it may still be useful to our modellers, and if it saves us time, it will save you money.
If your product is still in development,an interactive 3d presentation can provide rapid customer feedback cycles. Speeding development and allowing you to fine tune more efficiently.

What if my customer doesn`t have java installed on their machine?

If you need Java to be installed, the 3d presentation will automatically default to a link where you can download the java program.
This link can be customised, for example, it could be a photo of your product with an option to download Java.
Java is already pre-installed on most computers, and almost all windows system computers have it. You may simply need a system administrator to "enable" the Java security settings for your browser.

Do I need to install a plug-in?

No, it is not necessary if you have Java enabled on your browser. In the rare event that Java is not installed on the viewers machine ( most computers come with Java pre-installed ) then the presentation will default to a still image with a link where the viewer can download and install the necessary software for free - it is a quick and user friendly process.

Can I use my 3D display on more than one page?

Absolutely. Once you have your 3d display, you can use as many instances of it as you like.
It will even sit into a Powerpoint presentation, or you can hand it out to your distributors as part of a marketing package. They can then "showcase" your product on their webstes.

I already have a 3d web Display, but our product has changed slightly, can I get my web 3d model updated?

Very easily and quickly. small changes and updates can be made to your product presentation for a nominal charge.

I dont have any photos of our product yet, can you still make a 3d model?

This type of 3d display is perfect for product development, changes can be made quickly and posted on the internet for global conferencing, alternative versions of any detail can be provided in a single presentation helping discussion and speeding up the decision making and approval process.
While your product is still in development, an interactive 3d presentation can provide rapid customer feedback cycles. Speeding development and allowing you to fine tune more efficiently.

Can I use a 3d product tour in my Powerpoint presentation?

Definately! You can import webpages into powerpoint, this included. There are several "add ins" available from third party developers ( some are free.) that facilitate putting web pages into powerpoint. get in touch for more information.
